Had a record of 6 wins and 17 losses in 24 games with Rosemount High School while maintaining a 3.51 goals against average and a 0.918 save percentage .. lost his angles at times .. has a good glove hand .. handles the puck well and makes few mistakes clearing the zone .. was effective stearing shots out of harm's way .. at his best staying square to the shooter .. wore #1 .. USA Select 17 totals (Sv% 0.889, GAA 3.00).
DJ Kohler (2006), G
Last season he played for the Chicago Mission .. made a nice stop staying square to the shooter parked in the slot .. can look overmatched by sharp shooters as an example he never even reacted to a shot to the far side that just caught a piece of him and deflected just wide .. wore #30 .. USA Select 17 totals (Sv% 0.879, GAA 2.69).
Spike Alvarez (2006), G
Had a record of 8 wins and 8 losses in 17 games with the Alaska All-Stars while maintaining a 3.09 goals against average and a 0.870 save percentage .. displayed a nice ability to find shots in traffic .. boast quick feet and recovers well after he goes down .. still prone to the odd bad goal and must work on his focus .. wore #1 .. USA Select 17 totals (Sv% 0.872, GAA 3.67).
Wesley Vesprini (2006), G
Maintained a 2.81 goals against average and a 0.918 save percentage for Belmont Hill School .. has a tendency to go down too early .. not overly small at 5'10", however must be "bigger" in the net and cover the top part of the net .. sometimes loses the puck after a rebound in traffic .. wore #1 .. USA Select 17 totals (Sv% 0.863, GAA 4.33).
