Boutin registered three wins in as many games, even though the Rocket was outshot each and every time.
The 19 year-old goalie was the first star in all those games, during which he recorded a save percentage of .969.
On Tuesday, in Charlottetown, Boutin stopped 27 shots in a 3-1 win over the Baie-Comeau Drakkar.
On Friday, in another home game, he once again helped defeat the Drakkar, 2-1, by blocking 31 shots.
Finally, on Sunday, he made 36 saves to lead the Rocket to a shocking 7-1 victory in Halifax, against the Mooseheads.
Since the start of the season, Boutin shows a 6-0-1 record, 1.12 goals against average and a .958 save percentage. He has allowed eight goals in a little more than 427 minutes of play.
Boutin was selected over defenseman Jonathan Paiement (3-0-6-6), of the Lewiston MAINEiacs, goalie Corey Crawford (1-0-1; 124.6 MP; 0.96 GAA; .966 SPCT), of the Moncton Wildcats, and defenseman Nicolas Marcotte (3-1-2-3), of the Chicoutimi Saguenéens.
On offense, Lascek scored two goals and added five assists in three games, including one goal and four helpers in a 6-2 win over the Val-d’Or Foreurs, on Saturday, in Saguenay.
On Wednesday in Rimouski, he had gotten one goal and one assist to lead the Saguenéens to a 3-2 victory over the Océanic.
With last week’s performances, Lascek has climbed to third place in the scoring race with 16 points in eight games.
Lascek, an 18 year-old forward born in Slovakia, was preferred to his teammate Maxime Boisclair (3-4-2-6), Alex Bourret (3-3-3-6), of the Lewiston MAINEiacs, and Dominic Soucy (3-2-4-6) of the P.E.I. Rocket.
