McKeens: When and where did you start playing hockey?

A. Jurcina: I started playing hockey in 1991, in my hometown.
McKeens: Is there any particular person who has been influential in your
development?
A. Jurcina: One particular player who has influenced my devolpment is Lubomir
Sekeras who plays for the Minnesota Wild.
McKeens: Are there any players in the NHL you watch and admire?
A. Jurcina: Lubomir Sekaras and Sandis Ozolinch.
McKeens: What do you love most about playing hockey?
A. Jurcina: Scoring goals.
McKeens: What is your biggest success in hockey so far?
A. Jurcina: Being drafted by the Boston Bruins or World Junior Team Slovakia.
McKeens: How would you describe your game to someone who has never seen you
play?
A. Jurcina: A big solid defenceman who likes to play the body, and score goals.
McKeens: What do you think is the strongest part of your game?
A. Jurcina: My size.
McKeens: Do you have any pre-game superstitions?
A. Jurcina: No, I am not superstitious.
McKeens: Do you play any other sport besides hockey?
A. Jurcina: All sports but especially soccer, tennis and beach volleyball.
McKeens: What is your goal for the upcoming season?
A. Jurcina: To sign with Boston, contribute to the Mooseheads on the drive to the Memorial Cup.
