Dave Bolland (2004), London Knights
Has explosive acceleration .. top speed isn't gap creating .. seems a little off balance at times but at top speed he will make a set of extraordinary moves and turn a defender inside out .. shows good agility in top fight, stopping or turning in a different direction .. wrist shot is very hard and possesses a quick release .. shows excellent patience and smarts with the puck, natural goal scoring instincts .. creates a great number of opportunities due to his work ethic and aggressive fore checking style .. deft play anticipation and patience when in close on opponents .. when shadows an opponent quickly accelerates and steals the puck when the player make the slightest mistake .. excellent puck handling skills, can make defenders look foolish almost at will, hard to contain one on one… an aggressive penalty killer due to solid fore checking abilities .. shows good instincts when being checked or pursued and is strong on the puck .. rarely makes an unintelligent decision .. very determined to create offense, when gets knocked off the puck, he accelerates and beats that same opponent back to the puck .. outstanding work ethic and an on-ice leader .. reliable face-off man is counted on to take countless key draws .. a Mr. Everything type of guy who excels in all situations.
Robbie Schremp (2004), London Knights
Much improved effort in this game after several lackluster showings .. outstanding running a power play, extremely high tempo .. teammates must be ready for anything .. has a bullet from the point and one of the fastest releases in recent memory .. Like a wizard distributing the puck .. showing off his superb stickhandling and quick decision making .. picked up an assist on a Corey Perry power play marker.
Bobby Ryan (2005), Owen Sound Attack
Excellent size but looks like he is still growing into his frame .. one of the largest Owen Sound players .. extremely strong along the boards and in front of the net .. outstanding puckhandler .. top speed isn’t explosive .. Poor acceleration due to his size .. very wide at turning corners .. once he grows into his frame should become more coordinated .. game speed is very casual .. had an off night like the majority of the Owen Sound teammates.
Wes Cunningham (2005), Owen Sound Attack
Very small, listed at 5-10 160 but will likely grow quite a bit as he is only 16 .. Looked very comfortable carrying and distributing the puck .. makes a solid first pass and his overall passing game is excellent .. makes the odd mistake but that is to be expected from a guy this young .. very fluent skater .. Good top speed, fluid lateral and backward movement .. transition from forwards to backwards is very smooth .. showing good agility while rushing the puck .. loves to jump into the play .. Very accurate wrist shot.
Ryan Pottruff (2004), London Knights
Being brought along slowly by the Knights in the sixth defensemen role and has been seeing a lot of press box time .. excellent size and strength .. plays a very physical game .. fluent skater with above average top speed .. excellent transition forward to back .. shows good agility and adequate lateral movement .. normally positionally strong in his own end, although will occasionally over-pursue and cause mix-ups for himself and his defensive partner .. loves to jump into the play when the opportunity arises and shows good ability to do so .. moves the puck well and is comfortable carrying it up the ice .. plays a safe defensive game.
Trevor Kell (2004), London Knights
Hard working kid who loves to throw his body around .. looks very quick at top speed .. very agile and able to stop on a dime .. showed good puck handling ability and scored a beautiful goal turning several players inside out and then deeked out the goalie .. excellent character player .. always in motion and creating turnovers .. quick starts and stops .. an aggressive penalty killer plays on London’s number two pairing.
Robbie Drummond (2004), London Knights
Excellent puck handling skills .. above average top speed .. quick acceleration .. shifty player who has good agility .. carries puck well at top speed and made nifty moves on defenders .. decent passer with adequate playmaking ability.. showed a good work ethic and was solid on the fore check .. energy-type guy for the Knights team.
Andrew Maksym (2004), Owen Sound Attack
Very good penalty killer .. shows good acceleration and above average top speed .. impressive agility and solid lateral movement .. aggressive at pursuing opponents .. plays on the character line in Owen Sound .. excellent balance is extremely strong on the puck .. took a defender riding his back for him to go down.
