Scouting
- skilled, strong-shooting winger possesses a sizeable frame at 6-foot-3 and room to accommodate another 30-plus pounds to current listed weight (190) .. talented and smart with the puck .. especially dangerous near the net .. can really pick corners with a lethal wristshot that explodes off his stick .. boasts a solid variety of shots and good offensive instincts when in scoring areas .. puck seems to have a way of following him around in the attacking zone .. still somewhat of an unfinished project - tends to mix tremendous bursts of speed and skill with moments of inactivity .. skating is decent enough, but could use better agility, balance and specifically leg strength .. generally displays impressive poise under pressure and doesn't panic in traffic .. uses his feet well to control passes .. not a defensive specialist by any means, however he is aware of his surroundings and does come back to help the defense.
