Kings Sign Aulin Just in time
The Los Angeles Kings managed to sign young star prospect, Jared Aulin in the knick of time before the 5:00 EDT deadline today. The Kings risked losing one of the best up-and-coming players in the game today if they had not signed Aulin.
Aulin was ranked 10th in McKeen's spring top 100 prospects list and after an excellent season with Kamloops and with the Canadian silver medal winning world junior championship, has shown no sign of sliding from his current rank.
LA, although taking it to the wire, realized that this was one prospect they could not afford to lose, especially considering he was a key part of the Rob Blake trade over one year ago today.
