Only produced two points in 18 playoff games this year .. boasts a strong stride and he can really close down time and space on the puckcarrier .. drives hard to the net and will take a hit to make a play .. very quick out of the gates .. works hard in the dirty areas .. active stick on the forecheck .. plays on both special teams. Brooks Robinson (2007), LW, Cowichan Valley

Reasonably speedy little forward .. does a nice job supporting the puckcarrier .. lacks much oomph behind his shot .. played on the powerplay. (59gp, 16-27-43)

Ian Curtis (2008), G, Cowichan Valley

Gigantic young goaltender boasts an air of confidence .. takes up a lot of the net when he stands up to the shooter, although there is a sizeable five-hole visible .. even when he goes down, he is able to keep his torso straight and his blocker and glove in ready position .. uses his blocker well to knock down the shot, yet he still has to be better with his rebound control. (3.88GAA, 0.894 Sv%)
